1. The service

This website lets schools create a private order desk, request picture day services, order print and digital packages, and follow every step from picture day to delivered prints. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

• Sign in is with your Google account. School desks are created by school staff or linked with a school access code.
• By creating or linking a school page you confirm you are authorised to represent that school.
• Staff only areas of the service are reserved for S.A.T staff. Keep your sign in credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Family gallery access codes are issued per child and open only that child's photographs. Keep codes within your family and school community; a code is not permission to redistribute photographs.

3. Bookings, orders and payment

• An enquiry or cart order is a request, not a confirmation, we confirm dates and details with you personally, within one business day.
• Orders are prepaid at the published package prices. Payment is by Zelle to our registered email, or cash on picture day (exact change, please), referencing the child's name and school.
• Prints are delivered three to four weeks after order confirmation. Unopened print orders may be returned within 20 days.
• Siblings are photographed at +$5 per additional child; each sitting includes one pose unless a package states otherwise.

4. Photographs and ownership

Copyright of all photographs remains with S.A.T School Photography. Packages include the prints and digital files described in them, licensed for personal family use. School galleries are private to each school; families see only their own child's photographs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no false school pages, no guessing or sharing other schools' access codes, no bulk unsolicited messages, and no attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it online and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the privacy policy as the service grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which S.A.T School Photography is principally established.
